Visitors may voluntarily provide personal information in order to register their interest in attending the Convention, or to apply to volunteer for various posts during Convention, including but not limited to stewarding duties, and contributors to the daily news bulletin.
The minimum information we need to register your interest in attending or volunteering is name, contact address, club name and region, and membership number.
We will not share your personal information with others without your prior consent. Data collected via the Register your Interest form will be shared with Meeting Makers, a third party conference and exhibition management and administration company. We will respect your e-mail privacy. You will only receive e-mails relating to the purpose for which your data was collected.
